Choose eggs
Carefully select intact eggs, discard eggs with broken shells, and remember to dry them after washing. Chicken, duck, quail, and goose eggs can all be made.
Prepare materials
How to mix powder
Pour the egg powder and a little salt into the basin, add a small amount of tea a few times, stir well and adjust the amount of powder, then cover the egg mud so that there is no residue left and the shell does not leak out.
Egg wrap
Place fresh eggs in the dough, use a spoon or gloves to roll the eggs so that the egg surface is evenly covered with mud
Uniform size
If the preserved egg powder becomes viscous, add a small amount of warm water a few times and stir well to adjust the powder
Tie tightly
Place the wrapped eggs in a plastic bag and seal. You can wrap eggs in several layers of plastic bags.
Store eggs
Wrap the eggs in a box and place them in the box. Move gently to avoid breaking the shell. Place the eggs at a stable temperature
